At Kally LTD, we take pride in delivering high-quality door solutions to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made doors (including special sizes, colors, or configurations) are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Prehung doors are also non-refundable, due to their assembled and customized nature.
Return Policy for Stock Doors
Stock slab-only doors can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Doors must be unused and uninstalled.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned stock doors.
After inspection and approval, 80% of the original product price will be refunded.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is not provided by Kally LTD.
The customer is responsible for:
Returning the door to our facility
Covering all shipping or drop-off costs
For deliveries, the customer must arrange and handle the return transport.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email info@kallyltd.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. All returns must be pre-approved before proceeding.
